You left us too soon KD. So many great memories; the ‘golden voucher’, our many trips to NYC where you even got to pee next to Woody Allen at The Carlyle Hotel, the crazy times in Las Vegas and all those trips to the office at Continental just to have a laugh. You will always be a true friend, a real gentleman and a very much loved chum. I will miss you so much, you should never have left us with so much more still to do. Rest In Peace my dear friend.
